Age verification

Why wont my Licence be accepted as proof of age ? it says imformation is in incorrect but i have entered it correct and true ,do you think maybe i misspelt something when i created the acccount ,if so can i correct it , as i only have my licence as ID,can you please help.

I have heard of this happening in the past - where someone created a 'free' account and when they went to age verify found their rl details did not match with the ones they had originally 'invented' for SL.

Apart from contacting LL through billing maybe, or filing a support ticket I'm not sure there is an answer to this. If you don't have too much invested in this account you might be better creating a new account and verifying that.

Hopefully someone else who has had this problem and got it resolved will see this question and come up with a solution.

Are you from the same country your licence was issued in? Have you moved recently?

Is your 'licence' one that LL accepts?  Dog-licences are not valid for age verification, for instance.
