Do Second Life delete accounts

I created an account two years but haven t used it since now i want to use that account but it keeps saying my usernmae or password is inccorect which im pretty sure i typed it in corrrectly is it possible they deleted it since it was unused

If your account was "basic", it would persist indefinitely. If you were once a Premium member, and let that membership lapse, LL would have closed and deleted the account after you went into arrears. LL doesn't delete unused accounts, but they do delete delinquent ones. There is a possibility they saved your old account data. You can file a support case here...

Select "Account Issue" from the first drop-down and "Reactivate an old Account" from the second. Supply the requested information and be ready for LL to grill you for proof of ownership of that account.

if it's only that, first try to reset your password.

Yep. And to find out whether the account exists, search for it in-world or in the feeds (https://my.secondlife.com). That usually (but not always) works.
