Is it against Linden Labs TOS to share real life information about a Second life member in skype or other social media platforms. Do the LLTOS rules cover  SL  members RL info if it is shared in other media.

No, it doesn't.  There is no way that LL can enforce its TOS on other media or on what people do outside of SL.

No Sl can't rule over the borders of their own platform.
