I just recently discovered how much fun it is to play barbie and would like to connect with like-minded residents. I am sure some will point me towards LGBT circles but I don't think that's what I'm seeking. I don't identify as female or anything like that. My account is male who just likes to shop lol. The flaw in your desire to fix everything and the world's population moving on would involve a 30-45 days notice to vacate, finding "reasonable wear and tear" (subjective), dealing with deposits paid in advance and calculating what to refund. This can be especially troublesome when you find the tenant(s) were harboring a cat with a glandular condition, which evidence you find in a corner walk-in closet (where else do cats deliver the results of a glandular condition, but in the back of a closet?). I can safely say that all here appreciate your spunk and what you are saying (personally, I prefer Lowes), but frankly, having to find new tenants and having to tell them they can pick up their mail box key at the local post office "a seven to ten day wait, but they'll hold your mail" can be dicey too.
