How to make skin like this?

I'm not looking to buy skin from the store but to make my own, I'm a bit familiar with 3d (I'm no expert.)  but I'm struggling to make this kind of skin that I want I've seen beautiful skin in the store and I want the same for my mesh but I want to make it myself.

 

Anyway this is what I'm going for and was wondering what would be the easiest software to achieve this? One of them is a sims skin but still what I'm going for..

What is it your exactly struggling with? You really need to be more specific.

I'd also suggest you take this into the creation forum. You'd probably get better feedback to your question there.
