All of my avatars cannot upload nor can they edit scripts (my own)

On all of my accounts, whenever I try to upload a picture(most but not all pics) it says experiencing technical difficulties, Also the same when I try to edit any scripts in my own objects

 

I have tried all viewers even uninstalling ALL throughout my system and trying again with a fresh installed Viewer 2

Have you tried uploading and editing scripts in a different region?

When you install a viewer, are you installing the cache files in a place separate from the cache files of another viewer?  This is important.  If you have not, you should deinstall all your viewers and delete the Second Life folder where your cache data reside.  Before you delete it, move any chat logs you wish to keep.  Then reinstall a viewer and log in to SL.  It is best if you log in the first time to a quiet sim such as Haddon so your inventory can fully load.  Wait for it to load before you do anything.  It may take some time if your inventory is large.  Good luck.
