Selling for $100,000L. Since the tiers are paid (saving you $295), I would like to ask the buyer to pay the transfer fee ($100).There are a couple renters on the property currently (couple residents and a store). The person I had managing the land up and took off and didn't leave me any information about the renters. However, after the sale, if any of the current renters want refunds, I will take care of those too.IM me if interested.
