Client crashed before I could Keep the items I bought from marketplace.

I made the Marketplace purchase this morning, and when I went online to collect them, I crashed before I could accept them.

 

Is there a way to retrieve them?

Contact the sellers and request a replacement. You can find all he details in your Order History on the Marketplace, just put the transaction info into an IM to them.

Suggest not just an im to the creator but also a follow up notecard;  on the notecard explain what happened, include your name and then paste a copy of the transaction from your history onto the note and pass to them along with aims.  Im's cap and while most merchants have them sent to email not all do.  This should ensure a smooth process and happy result
