0 Nyll Bergbahn
As Wildcat says, contact the sellers inworld but if they are unresponsive or will not redeliver, you can submit a ticket https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/
0 Silicon Fizz
It's numerous items from different sellers, l think its an SL problem, not individual sellers so thanks for the support link.
0 Nyll Bergbahn
You're welcome. There's nothing on the grid status page but who knows. If I buy on Marketplace, I buy items individually, never with a number of items in the cart and always when I'm inworld so if there is a problem, I know after the first item. On the rare occasions I've had to get Marketplace support, it was excellent so hope you get all your items soon.

You may be right that it was an SL glitch, but the reason we suggest contacting the seller for a replacement is that after it is shown as "delivered" the seller has been paid & it is usually much faster to get the replacement from them. If any don`t send replacements you can always do tickets for those particular ones as you bought them separately.
0 Lyra Blackthorne
Other have rightly told you to contact the merchant...best to send them im AND a notecard stating problem, your name and a copy of the transaction from your account history just copy and paste to the notecard as proof of purchase. For future purchases...my experience is that items bought as a single purchase usually are completed successfully but that buying multiple items with shopping cart often fail. As a merchant I try to watch for failed deliveries and resend. As a buyer, I typically search in the marketplace then buy inworld, if pushed for time and know the seller I will use marketplace but just buy 1 item at a time even if it takes a bit longer
