The Library of Landmarks

The Library of Landmarks a public project created and curated by Saul Goodie. The mission of this library is to collect, organize and feature quality locations from across the Second Life grid. 

Please enjoy the selection of Landmarks; each category has 4 featured landmarks with quick links - simply use the map to teleport! Click the FOLDER button to receive a folder of Landmarks related to the category of your choosing.

If you feel you have a Location worth admitting to the Library, please attach the Landmark to a notecard with an explanation and drop in the Suggestion Box on the Library Front Desk. We encourage submissions of all types, even if they do not fit the displayed categories.

You can also use the Suggestion Box on the Library Front Desk to: recommend new categories, report dead or inactive landmarks, request feature spot highlight, or request landmark removal, and misc. questions.

I just realized I need to stop by with a new landmark, the gallery I had I had to close because the landowner decided to let his Girlfriend do something else with the land it was on. I have a new gallery now.

Actually it just occurred to me I can get the SLURL off my MP page without having to get online in SL, which right now I can't do much and when I do I have a million things I want to do and don't get most of them done. So anyway here it is.

In other news, the Library is now on Facebook! After receiving several suggestions to create a page I set one up. All the group updates will  be published to the feed in case you have no room for new groups, etc. You can also use the page to post your own recommendations or images, either posting directly to the wall or sending a private message will work. If you're on facebook one way or-another, head over to the page and give it a "like"!
