As in RL, there can be a long- or short- way of going from and icy lady to having kids (whether or not with said 'lady').   Assuming you can warm this icy lady, you might wish to start with some kind words, shared laughs, stolen glances, a dance or ten.  By that time, together, you will have sorted out where to go and what to do to get SL preggers.  Good luck.
