How do I get rid of my house?

I bought a house for my land. I clearly didn't know what I was doing. And I received a message from my neighbors asking me to delete it because it was built across property lines. I went back, right-clicked and deleted. But the floorboards are still there and when I right-click there is no option to delete.

if the center of the object is across the border on your neighbor's land, have him Return it to you

If there is no delete option, are they your prims?

Right-click and go to edit and look on the general tab at who the owner is.

In-world your neighbour may well be able to help if they are more experienced.  :-) Since they're complaining and you're doing your best it pays to help each other
