i made an exchange on 3/08/17 and still have not received the transaction on my paypal, i have done this many times and it has never took this long.  what is going on!!

You can try opening a support ticket and explain your issue there, I hope you get it resolved .

always check your order status first, it will give a idea what's happening..

also, have a look at your ticket history, there might be a post what asks for additional info from you

if nothing is there... it's still only 5th business day... but you could open a ticket
