Looking for home cinema for ~5 people with large screen

I'm looking for ideas for a home cinema for ~5 friends, with a large screen. So far I'm ok with one of the following

• Skybox with 2-3 rows of seating
• Very large tent so I can place my own seating and rez a screen of some kind

I haven't had luck in finding either of these. Mesh only, and needs to be rather high quality as I'm picky with furniture related things. The seats aren't necessary as I have a bunch of chairs. Needs to be MOD. I can't believe how many no-mod skyboxes or structures I've found on marketplace, completely ridiculous.
