I stil have a message which said that i have a problem with my connection or my grid...

Can you help me please?

What is the exact message that you are getting?

If you get the same message with all accounts and all viewers then it would appear to be a problem with your connection.

Yes, but the problem is that i tryied to connect to sl in different place, in different city, but i always have the same message...

Try resetting your router. Turn it off for a few minutes and then back on. Now that you have marked this question as 'answered' others will not see it as an open question anymore.

Turn it off, wait a minute, and turn it back on. Wait until all of the lights are on and check that you have internet access. Then relog into SL.

If its happening in different cities and different computers it can`t be your router or connection. I would suggest that you contact support on https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and make it very clear that you tried different connections or they will just tell you to try that.

what are the Second Life Grid? please

The Grid is the Second Life world. The Main grid is the one that we all login to most of the time and there are some other test grids, some of which you can login to if you want to, such as the Beta grid where they are testing Meshes before releasing them on to the main grid.
