I can not put items anywhere.

I can not put items anywhere.

Even on my own land.  So I can not making items. 

I am clearing the cache and using the official viewer.

Still I can not rez to the my land.

What is the problem?

The first obvious thing to check is to be sure that you are on your own land.  If you're in a Linden Home, you can easily get it confused with a neighbor's home.  They all look alike in your neighborhood. 

Next, if you are on a rented parcel, check with the landlord to see if s/he forgot to add you to the land group.  If you are in the land group already, be sure that you are wearing the group tag.

If those things check out OK, be sure to rez things in the middle of your parcel, not near an edge.  If you try to rez large things that lap onto a neighbor's parcel, they may be returned or just fail to rez in the first place.

Do NOT clear your cache.  That will make no differentce to this sory of problem, but it WILL make more lag for a short while as your viewer works to rebuild the cache again.
