Why can't I get on gaming sim when I have before

I was just on gaming sims last night but today can't get on any of them .. why?

First guess... Something has changed in your payment method. 

Second guess ... The region you are trying to enter is already full.

Third guess ...  You have been banned from the region(s).

Without any more information about messages you might have been receiving, it's hard to do more than guess.

Basically Don Bastardo Tortellini, Capo di Tutti Capi, and his Mobsters have had their casinos shut down, and applications are now open again for a NEW Capo to set up new casinos!

 

It might have taken the Feds a while to find your local gambling den...

And your question is ..... ?  Landowners can change the rules about who is allowed to be on their land and what they are allowed to do at any time, without warning.  There's no way that a landowner can tell whether you are a Premium member, however.  That's not public information that anyone can access. All they can tell is whether you have payment information on file, and that's a requirement on any skill gaming region anyway.
