i have recieved payments of 5000 and 25000 but neither have appeared in my balance how do i get it?

Open the Transaction History in your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> Account.  All transactions for the past 32 days are in there.  If the payments you are looking for are not there, then they have not been made.  The other person either paid someone else by mistake -- good luck getting it back -- or is feeding you "alternate facts" about paying.

if it doesn't show on your L$ account at the webpage i really doubt you got it.

Unless.... LL took it from you because it's comming from a non legal source.

For now i would go for the first option... look at your transaction history, if it's not there, you did simply not get it payed.
