I processed 495$ and now my account is on hold,why?

So a few days ago i processed credit and i received an email that my account is on hold until i send them a copy of my id,why?

have a look at your support history, i'm sure it's all there

and YES you have to handle ASAP when you'r on hold, send support everything they ask for or you wil never get your money transfered.

But i think you perhaps misread and it says your credit process is on hold till you provide the information.

Linden Lab needs all of your info, they have to report it to the IRS or other tax offices. They are forced by law to do so.
