how can i ban a player who did not pay me back? this is big amount of money about 500usd?

Sorry, but guess you can't AR a person for fraud when he didn't cheat you to take your money. You did give the money freely...

You should remove his name from your post, cause is against the TOS ;-)

Catwise is right. Not paying you back is not really something someone can get banned for. All you can do really, is file it under experience and move on.

You listing the name of the person is, however, against the TOS, so you should definitely remove the name from your post as soon as possible.

Cover all your bases. Know where the person lives. If you can not track your money or the person you lended money to then you should not be lending money
