Teleport

When I teleport, it says I do not have a parcel, or it says unable to teleport to another location

I am going to guess that's not exactly what it says at all.  What it means is that the place you are trying to reach is unavailable at the moment.  It may not exist any more -- quite possible if you are using a landmark to a parcel that has changed ownership -- or it may simply be on a region that is temporarily off line.  You have several choices.  You can teleport to a neighboring region and try walking or flying in.  You can contact someone else on the region and ask them to send you a TP invitation.  Or you can wait for a while.

If the region really is off line, it will probably be back shortly.  If not, contact the landowner and ask her to restart the region, or submit a support case with the category Land & Region >>> Report a Region Offline.
