how can i get my friends to be able to come to my new property?

Could be a few reasons.

1. He is on an adult sim and you are not verified.

2. He has bought a sim and hasn`t set it for public access.

3. He has rented on a sim where the sim owner has restricted access.

4. He has his land set for Group access and you are not members of the group.

I can think of a few more but if it isn`t any of those 4, it would be much easier if you explained a bit more about what type of land he has, like a plot or a sim, rented or bought, private or mainland etc.
