Are you looking to be involved in a family roleplay community where you can have a true calling and a purposeful RP? Tribeca Falls is a newly opened family sim, (We have filled 90% of our units in 1 week of opening!) that is seeking the most qualified candidates for interviews for key positions within our community. Tribeca Falls prides itself on being a educated, but light RP group, and we expect the highest standards for those who wish to represent us. Candidates interested in positions should have the following skillsets:

• Ability To RP Using Emotes & Quotations PROPERLY
• Ability To Help Teach RP To Those Of Lesser Skill
• Team Oriented But Self Sufficient

• RL & RP Experience Are Both A Plus

 

Currently, the positions we are seeking for Tribeca Falls upper-rp management are:

 

Fire Chief

This position will be in charge of all aspects of the Fire Department for Tribeca Falls. The Chief, after being appointed, will take over under the provided guidelines for Fire Operations in Tribeca Falls. They will use these guidelines to create training procedures, operational procedures, community presence, and hiring operations for the department. They will answer directly to the Emergency Services Estate Manager and will work in coordination with Estate Managers and fellow department heads to ensure a professional and successful Fire Department for Tribeca Falls.

 

Candidates for this position should be aware of the following minimum requirements for this position:

 

• All upper-rp management positions for Tribeca Falls require citizen status, this means that if you wish to hold this position, you must be a member of our community. We think it is important that your dedication be to the community you’re helping manage.
• The ability to type grammatically correct sentences IC and OOC. This level of management requires competence and dedication, and if you aren’t dedicated enough to type properly, that says a lot about your ability to handle managing properly.
• If you are looking to have this position, you should have at a minimum some RP experience in similar roles, preferably having some form of RL experience to back this up, to help provide the immersive and realistic experience our citizens expect in Tribeca Falls. Please note that when providing RP experience it’s good to have references ready from previous sims.

 

Police Chief

This position will be in charge of all aspects of the Police Department for Tribeca Falls.The Chief, after being appointed, will take over under the provided guidelines for Policing Operations in Tribeca Falls. They will use the provided guidelines to create training procedures, operational procedures, community presence and hiring operations for the department. Real Estate Manager

This position will be in charge of handling all real estate operations when Estate Management is not present, as well as hiring potential real estate agents for future operations. This position will be a high-tempo one that requires lots of interaction with potential residents and current residents alike. The Real Estate Manager will answer directly to the Sim Development Estate Manager and work in coordination with other Estate Managers to ensure that Tribeca Falls continues to grow while maintaining our high quality standards.

 

Candidates for this position should be aware of the following minimum requirements for this position:

 

• All upper-rp management positions for Tribeca Falls require citizen status, this means that if you wish to hold this position, you must be a member of our community. We think it is important that your dedication be to the community you’re helping manage.
• The ability to type grammatically correct sentences IC and OOC. This level of management requires competence and dedication, and if you aren’t dedicated enough to type properly, that says a lot about your ability to handle managing properly.
• Be able to contribute an average 1-2 hours per day to Real Estate related operations that can include advertising, client discussions, land issues, hiring etc.
• A background in real estate sales or sales of some form, with a track record of success and recommendations.

 

Superintendant

This position will be in charge of handling all educational and childcare operations. They will be required with helping hire, training, and implementing a excellent K-12 program through our school district that will cater to residents and non-residents alike. They will answer directly to the Education Estate Manager and will work in coordination with department heads and Estate Managers to help provide a top-of-the-line educational experience in family roleplay for all involved.

 

Candidates for this position should be aware of the following minimum requirements for this position:

 

• All upper-rp management positions for Tribeca Falls require citizen status, this means that if you wish to hold this position, you must be a member of our community. We think it is important that your dedication be to the community you’re helping manage.
• The ability to type grammatically correct sentences IC and OOC. This level of management requires competence and dedication, and if you aren’t dedicated enough to type properly, that says a lot about your ability to handle managing properly.
• Be able to contribute an average 1-2 hours per day to Educational/Childcare related operations that can include advertising, student discussions, lectures, training sessions, hiring etc.
• Should not only have experience in Education, but should also have a knack for interpersonal communication and marketing, with experience being preferred in all.

Firefighter

Firefighters are on the front lines of keeping the community of Tribeca Falls safe from harm. Whether it’s fighting a brush fire, running into a burning building, or putting on an educational seminar, they are here for the community. Tribeca Falls is willing to train the right candidates who show motivation, teamwork, the ability to listen, and the desire to be the best RPer they can.

 

Police Officer

Police Officers are often the ones in harms way at a moments notice to protect their community. They are expected to be exemplary citizens capable of exquisite interpersonal communication and a law enforcement oriented mind. Tribeca Falls is willing to train the right candidates who show motivation, teamwork, the ability to listen, and the desire to be the best RPer they can.

 

Nurse

The nurse is a vital part of any medical facility. They are the doers who ensure that the patient is being cared for between operations and consultations with doctors. They provide a welcoming face and a helping hand to the community they take part in. Tribeca Falls is willing to train the right candidates who show motivation, teamwork, the ability to listen, and the desire to be the best RPer they can.

 

Doctor (G.P., M.D.)

The doctor is one of the keystones of keeping a community healthy. They provide services ranging from simple cold & cough remedy to advanced surgeries. This position requires a background in Medical RP, and the ability to clearly convey detailed RP.

Judge

Judges are the arm of the law that help decide the fate of those who end up before them. With this power comes the responsibility to be a person of integrity and of an objective nature. Candidates should be strong willed and able to convey their thoughts clearly, while being able to objectively look at any situation.

 

District Attorney

When someone has done wrong, and they’re going to have their day in court, the DA is there to ensure everything possible is done to serve justice. From approving cases to go to the courtroom to battling it out inside the courtroom, there’s plenty of RP and excitement to be had. Candidates should be excellent with the English language and ability to convey thoughts and convincing arguments based on evidence provided by law enforcement RPers.

 

Teacher

Whether you’re teaching something as small as Kindergarten or Algebra in High School, you’re a pillar of the community. You’re providing education to the citizens and visitors of Tribeca Falls, and we want them to remember why they choose us as their educational provider. We are looking for a wide range of subject knowledge from all fields including mathematics, science, creative (art, scripting, RPing, graphic design, etc.), social studies, history, and more. Candidates should be able to form lesson plans that accomplish key development goals for their pupils, as well as be able to commit to 1-3 Hour long sessions per week minimum.

 

DayCare Provider

While Tribeca Falls is busy going about it’s day, it’s hard working citizens need to know that their children are well cared for and loved. As a DayCare provider you will be tasked with the important duty of taking care of children of varying ages and providing a creative, safe, and loving environment while their parents or guardians are hard at work.

 

Specialty Sessions & Events Provider

Are you a comedian? Do you have knowledge about a certain SL viewer? Can you sing a tune, or spin a track? We’re always looking for citizens to come on board to help us create the most exciting and immersive community possible. So if you have a talent, and a desire to be part of a community and help it flourish, we want to hear from you!

*Please note that all RP work positions offered through the community of Tribeca require either A) A residence on a community sim, or B) A work permit. (Work permits are obtained through management at a cost of $100L/month, and you can pay for as few or as many months as you’d like at a time. This policy is to ensure that the people who take part in the roleplay here have a vested interest in the community and want to help it succeed, just as the community is providing them with the job position and the opportunity to have amazing RPs!)*
