"Failed to find (bodypart) in database". And clearing cache does NOT fix it. Its in inventory.

When I tried to load my avatar the annoying message "Failed to find (bodypart) in database". I have read on several forums that clearing my chache will fix this. It won´t. And yes, the item in question is clearly visible in the inventory.

I use Singularity and RLV as viewers.

I had the same thing happen after I'd spent an hour or so tweaking my shape for a Bento head. It didn't save properly and got corrupted. There's no way to get it back so you'll have delete the one showing that name in your inventor and then redo that shape. I lost that work and had to start over. 

I was using Firestorm, by the way, so it's something with SL rather than my viewer. If it happened in the last week, you may have done it when they were doing maintenance. I suspect that's what happened with mine.

1. Try to use the SL viewer.

2. Don't use other software what generate too much network traffic.

3. When you are login into Second Life, choose a fast simulator, and you must give a little time for your computer.
