Curious about the "time line" details when cashing out lindens... Has anyone else noticed this?

I am not referring to the wait time but the actual time stamp in the process credit history notes. I cashed out some L's around 11:00 pm Sunday, Feb 5th ( so roughly 2 1/2 hours ago). But when I clicked on the "details" link it was time stamped for "Monday, Feb. 6, 2017, 7:03 a.m.". 

I am one hour ahead of slt. And from what I have always understood, LL is on San Fransisco time, which is the same as sl time. So why are all these extra hours being added to my process request?

Looks like that timestamp is UTC/GMT which is 8 hours ahead of PST/SL time,

7:03 UTC would be 11:03 SL Time
