What is this kind of script caled

I see around some people having a script that when you click them you get a menu with various actions you can do to them. These are not tied to a genital addon but something else. What would they be called?

They're usually called just "clicky" or "clickable" scripts.

There's really no good, standardized name for them. That is an example of a script that uses a left click to open a dialog.  It might be called a "dialog script" or a "menu-driven script", but that's really just a description of how it works, not what it does.  It's such a common action that you will find it in everything from furniture to library books and motorcycles and every vendor in almost every shop in SL.  The best name I can imagine for the particular one you are thinking about would be something like an "emoter".  Maybe.
