I am having a problem with staying in SL for a long time. I get frozen in sl and the hole computer

What happens when you freeze?  Are you disconnected from SL?  (i.e., blue box appears on your screen)  Or, do you 'crash' (i.e, no message, SL just goes 'poof')?

SL requires alot of power to run, and if your system doesnt meet those Minimum requirements, then SL will not load properly or will become frozen at times.

Could be a heat issue. The first thing you want to do it is make sure the inside of your computer is clean (Here's a page that can help you with that) and make sure all your fans are working. Other than that, it would be helpful to give some more information on your system specs and what exactly is happening.
