Stipends are paid on Tuesdays for everyone, if you were Premium before Tuesday you should have received one. Double check your transactions for Tuesday (on your transcation history) and if you definately didn`t get it you can make a free phonecall to the Billing number at any time or speak to LiveChat during office hours.

Sometimes, from what I have read, the payments are delayed and nothing to worry about. However, since it is a good while since tuesday, Peewee's suggestion is probably your best option in this case.
