You mean your avatar? You don't. You have to do any editing of your appearance in world, using the tools in your viewer. Depending on the type of avatar you have, you may just be able to use the basic Appearance editor that you get by right-clicking on your avatar. If you have a mesh avatar, however, chances are good that you will not be able to edit it at all, except by adding attachments or using an applier to add texture layers.
