Ummmm.. The easy way is to run Pandora or whatever at the same time in the background.  If you don't want anyone else to hear it anyway, you don't need to do anything that plays a radio in world.

Only one stream per parcel.  If you need different stream you either need multiple parcels or direct your visitors to an external source.  Maybe a greeter script that gives them a web URL in an IM.

Your best bet is to subdivide the parcel so that each club is on its own parcel.

If you can't do that (for example, the clubs are skyboxes, stacked one on top of the other) then your best option would be to negotiate hours of operation for the clubs so that only one is active at a time.
