LL does not accept prepaid credit cards of any type.  Your PayPal account must be 'verified' if you use that.  That means that your PayPal account must be backed by a bank account or regular credit card.  If a bank account is used, then your bank must be able to pay instantly or you must transfer sufficient US$ into your PayPal account to cover the amount you are paying to LL.  LL won't wait to get their US$ because they give you the $L's at the time you make your purchase.

For more information read this: https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Billing/ta-p/700037

For specifics on how PayPal verifies accounts, see their website.

short said, you do everything whats not possible.

prepaid = no

just paypal = no

bank = no

if you want to use a prepaid card, that is only possible when you use that card to put funds on your paypal or a skrill account.

The paypal/skrill  account needs to be verified = connected to a major real Credit Card and/or bankaccount.+ confirmed it is really you who is the accountholder.

About paypal i know they do that with a small transaction to your bank account with a code or they ask you the amount they send to your bankaccount. After that you can use the Paypal as verified, but be sure there is enough funds available on it.

The verifcation process you can find on the paypal website, thats not something LL is involved in.
