whats going on with voice?  Its been breaking up and shutting off for days!!!  Getting a little annoying...wait...no... A LOT annoying.  and NO its not just me

Voice has been a flaky service since it was introduced in 2007, so you are not experiencing anything new. Voice is provided by Vivox, an outside provider, and only piped through your viewer, not controlled by it.
