I can't log into the parcel home. Why there's no profile & parcel ID at (General) information?

It sounds like your region may need to be restarted.  If you're on  private region, ask the region owner to do it.  If you are on the Mainland, submit a support case and ask Linden Lab to do it.

some days just have "slow" viewer response, with pages on the screen. In this case, the next day is "clear" of the matter.
