I want see my case to get a modification in an email address ;

First, I suggest removing your e-mail address from this public forum unless you enjoy getting a lot of unsolicited messages.

Then, I suggest going back to the Support page and clicking on your Support History to find your case.  If the case is marked Closed, you will have to open a new case and make reference to the earlier one.

If you are just trying to change your email address, you can do that on your dashboard by logging into secondlife.com.  Go to "Account" on the left side bar then choose "Change Email Address".  All emails from LL will automatically use the address you specify here.
