Gosh, I haven't seen one of those old green things since maybe 2009.  Linden Lab killed them about the time that I entered SL in 2007.  There used to be a Popular Places feature in Search that I believe was fed by the stats from those boxes, but the Lab discontinued that at about the same time.

Voting stations have gone the way of XStreet magic boxes and in-world ATMs...they are all one with T. Rex, the passenger pigeon and the Great Auk.  Extinct!

Chanaah, I can see the wiki page just fine and it seems other do as well.  You could try using a different browser and see if that helps.  At a guess I would say you have a "helper object" hijacking your browser.  Turn off all helpers, accelerators, tool bars, etc or better yet, uninstall all those that you possibly can.  If all else fails, disable meta refresh in your browser's advanced options.

There is no reason to have a vote box as they no longer work and they just eat up prims and script time on the server.  I advise you to get rid of it.
