In Firestorm, you go to World/Photo and video then choose photo tools. You do have to have your enable windlight/Atmospheric settings on. The Depth of Field is a function of Windlight and is for taking pictures, not just wandering around since only the person/thing you are focused on will be in focus and everything around it will be out of focus.

Unfortunately I am unable to use advanced lighting model. Always makes all textures jagged edged very badly and antialiasing doesn't help it. I belive my graphics is not good enough. I have intel graphics 4600 chip :/ So i guess Im unable to have all the goodies others do.
