Hello! I tied Pay Pal card to my account. However, the play money could not buy. What to do?

Your PayPal account must be "verified"...that is, it has to be backed up by a major credit card or a Real Life bank account.  Visit the PayPal website for the verification process.

Also, if you use a bank account with PayPal, before you buy $L you must first transfer money from your bank account into your PayPal balance.  Linden Lab will not wait several days for their money to go from your bank to PayPal to them, they insist on an instant transfer.
