Sorry I have never seen that jacket before,  but it looks like something one might find in role play stores, but I don't know any of those off hand, just that I have seen them in MP searches at times.  The other thing you can do is send a note card to the creator of the hair and ask where they got the jacket for the pic.

Contact the maker and ask what jacket they used in the ad. That's usually the easiest way.
