I'm trying to assign KUDOS to the person who helped me, I click away....but nothing happens.

I tried relogging to see if it would help, but still nothing. I also noticed that all but one post has "0" showing in the Kudos counter. So is this a system glitch? Any fix?

I assume you mean the lovely Venus, click on the black icon with the star and the + on her post, that should increase the number in the box next to it from 0 to 1.

If its not working, it could be a browser problem, it seems different functions work (or not) depending on which browsers some people are on, try using a different browser and see if it works on there.

According to the Community Help ( http://community.secondlife.com/t5/help/faqpage/faq-category-id/ranksroles#ranksroles ), a "New Resident" cannot assign kudos

You can not assign kudos as a new resident, you will need a resident rank for that

I think new residents can't give kudos just to stop people creating loads of alts to game the system. *sigh* If only the whole thing would go away!

Make a couple of more post then your rank will increase and you will be able to give Kudos. In the mean time enjoy the prize pack.
