Short answer is no.

You can create an alt and sell things with the alt.  You must be cautious though.  Anything you create in this avi and pass to your alt to sell MUST be 100% your creation.  If you bought anything from another creator, and used it to make what you sell, you can't sell that under your alts name. Most all licenses you get with full perm things only allow the avatar that bought it to use it and forbid transfer full perm or copy/transfer to any other avatar, including your alt.
