Help with failed transaction

Someone bought a horse from me, and acted very quickly, purchasing before I had even finished setting.  Now his records show that he paid 1100 for the horse and mine show he paid 10.  Not only that, neither of us have the horse.  What now?

What happened to the Live Chat that was available for premium members? I can't seem to find it.

edit : amaretto understands that this type of scams do happen, the problem is that u want to set the horse for sale and someone is waiting on the right moment to buy the horse at the basic set price of 10l$ before u could set the right price,  if u still know the name of the horse open a ticket on the amaretto website and they will return you the same horse within 48 hrs
