selling has not so much to do with paypal or CC

only when you want to transfer the USD you got for it to RL you need Paypal or Skrill, both verified.

You can not transfer back to your CC

Selling L$ just puts money into the USD balance in your SL account.  It doesn't matter which payment method you have registered if that's all you want to do.  If you want to transfer money from the USD balance to the outside world, though, you need a registered PayPal or Skrill account. A credit card won't work.
