About purchasing L$ with paypal

I tried buying $3 USD worth of Linden$ but my paypal wasn't allowed even though I have a verified card on it. I've used my paypal with google play store before, so I don't see the issue.
I'd like help on the issue please.

It doesn't make a lot of difference what Google Play Store does.  In order to use your PayPal account in SL, you have to register it as a payment method with Linden Lab >>> https://accounts.secondlife.com/billing_information/ .  Be sure to check the button that indicates what you intend to use the payment method for. 

If your PayPal account is verified by being tied to a bank account, be sure that you always keep enough cash balance in the PayPal account (not your bank account) to pay for your SL purchases.  Banks cannot transfer money fast enough to satisfy the immediate payment requirements of most on-line businesses.  If you have not already transferred money to PayPal, your LindeX order will time out and close.

Be sure also that your PayPal account was not verified by a prepaid card of any kind, or by a debit card.  You may use those cards to put cash into your PayPal account, but they cannot be used as the default backup.

Finally, when you buy L$, be aware of the sales fee and of the minimum order.  You will always be charged a fixed fee of $0.40 per transaction regardless of the amount of L$ you purchase.  If you are buying a large amount of L$ (say $25 worth), the fee is a small percentage of your cost.  If you only buy $4 worth, though. that fee is an additional 0.40/4.00 = 10% of your order.  It makes sense to place a larger order than tyo place several small ones.  You must buy at least a minimum of $2.50 worth of L$.
