when I click on the second viewer, I had an error that says, " We can't fill in username and password. This may happen when you can change the network setting setup.  what does it mean by that?

It just means that the viewer has lost track of your user name and password data.  Simply enter them manually, and you'll be logged in.

As a matter of security, you should not check the "remember my password" box on the login screen anyway.  Enter your password manually each time.

I had the same problem, but it won't let me log in. It would pop up for 20 sec and go away and won't let me click on ok. when I go back to it, it pop up the same thing. How do i fix this?
