you have to be verified and backed up by a bank account, ánd have enough funds.

As Alwin says, you can use a PayPal or Skrill account, but it has to be "verified"...backed up with a major credit card or a RL bank account.  You do this on the PayPal or Skrill websites, and the process takes a few business days.
