I've been trying to buy L$ with my paypal account, but it keeps asking for a creditcard. Even when I try paying with paypal. M<y friends say they can pay with a debit card but aparently that's not an option for me either. Help?

you have to be verified and backed up by a bank account, ánd have enough funds.

I'm using paypal for many years this way.

As Alwin says, you can use a PayPal or Skrill account, but it has to be "verified"...backed up with a major credit card or a RL bank account.  You do this on the PayPal or Skrill websites, and the process takes a few business days.
