Remember that the LindeX is not a shop.  When you place a Limit Buy order, you are offering to buy L$ from other SL residents at a specific price.  If other residents are not interested in selling L$ at your suggested price, there will be no sale.  Meanwhile, Linden Lab has been holding your money in escrow.  The best thing you can do now is to cancel your order (on your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> LindeX >>> Manage >>> LindeX Order History ).  Your money will be transferred immediately to the USD balance in your SL account.  You may then place a new order.  I suggest using the Market Buy option if you want to buy L$ quickly.
