what heppend? i didn't get any L$ when i exchange L$ with my credit card. my card already paid

 usually i exchanged L$ with no problem. but i exchanged L$ used my credit card at last night ( korea of time) i didn't get any L$. if you can help me. what happend  with my L$??, i called company of credit card, they told me already my card paid. i want get my L$, if you can't who can help me for this problem? please answer to me. thank you

You may have attempted to do this while the maintenance was being done to resolve this issue. Here is what the updates were which I believe have since been resolved:

 

Billing and Marketplace Issues
Incident Report for Second Life
Resolved
The issues impacting L$ and marketplace purchases have been resolved. You may once again purchase/sell L$, purchase items from the Marketplace and resume process credit requests.

We are aware that many users are experiencing issues with L$ purchases and receiving Marketplace deliveries. During this time, please refrain from attempting to purchase L$, initiating process credits, and making purchases on the Marketplace. Please monitor this blog for additional updates.
