Some people were reporting problems with the Marketplace earlier.  I tried it and it seems to be fixed now, but you may want to file a Support Case and ask for a redelivery.

You might also go to the in-world store and look for a 'redelivery terminal'.

Use search to find Vista Barnes. Look in his profile to learn how to contact him. Most merchants have contact and problem resolution info there.

Delivery failure is less common these days but. enough so that most merchants plan for it.

Also search your inventory using the RECENT tab. You can adjust the time frame considered 'recent' using Filters, lower left of inventory window, gear icon.
