Hello, LilKimNicki

You will need to submit a case to Linden Labs using this link below, because this could be an error to do with your credit card or something on Linden Labs side.

https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/

1. What problem you having? Billing
2. Billing: Select the billing problem you're having.

Then answer the questions that it gives you from there.

Or look at these links here:

I hope this answers your question!

debit cards are not a accepted payment method,

only verified paypal skrill and major Credit Cards are.

If your debit worked in the past the risk it fails sooner or later is huge.

The current payment processor doesnt handle those anymore.

Try using a official method.

Second.. you might have put in a limit buy instead of a market buy. A limit buy is a order, not a real buying yet. So LL takes your money but doesn't fill that themself. You have to wait till another resident accepts your order for your rate.

If your rate is too high, you won't get your Lindens soon, or even never. But all that time LL will keep your reserved money.

Go to your order history to see what's going on.
