Hi there! 

Unfortunately, at this time, the marketplace is down because of a known glitch and will not be back on for a few hours. I have personally been checking myself and it has not come back despite the amount of tries I have done to make sure if it wasn't just me.

1. Contact the merchant and include; detail/time and date of purchase, proof of purchase including order number.
2 Submit a ticket: https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/
select Marketplace > Failed Marketplace Delivery

If you do not have a order number for the order. Then you do not need to put in a order number when you complete in the ticket.
